It’s amazing how a mutual love of photography has brought together a group of ladies from all over the world. I can’t speak for everyone else’s journey, but I found this wonderful group of like minded friends through Click It Up a Notch when I decided to do my first Project 365. These ladies have been so encouraging, thoughtful, inspirational and just all around wonderful to get to know. I’m so glad that I’ve met them. Feel free to show them some Facebook love!
I thought I’d try to keep this blogging thing up. Who knows if anyone actually reads this blog, but I thought it would be nice to get my thoughts out and photos organized for all of these photography projects that I’ve got going on. You can keep up with my Project 365 and Project 52 on my Facebook page.
The reason for this post. I’ve recently taken a workshop called Everyday Beauty with Ginger Unzeuta through the Bloom Forum. It was amazing, inspiring and motivating. Sometimes, I get hung up on creating the perfect photo, or why my photos aren’t sharp enough, or the composition just isn’t right, etc. There’s always something in the back of my mind, the doubt, the frustration. Why do I keep this up? Why don’t I just give up? I’ll save my reasons for another blog post and another day. Right now, I’m just glad that I’m sticking with it.
So, through this workshop, one of our assignments was a 10 on 10. Basically 10 photos throughout the day, or 10 hours. I’ve decided to do this on the 10th of every month, just to make it easy. It’s fun to see how a day in our lives look. You can find my other 10 on 10s here and here.
Ok, enough of that, onto the photos!
Charlie waiting for breakfast.
Out running errands.
She’s over shopping at Target, and playing games on the phone just isn’t doing it anymore.
Lucky’s looking for some attention.
And so is Emmy.
I love that she loves to read.
Bath time fun!
Thanks for checking out my pictures! Oh, I should have mentioned that I’ve recruited a few photographer friends that I’ve met through Clickin Moms to do a blog circle this month for our 10 on 10. Please check out Francesca Russel Photography’s blog post on her 10 on 10 here!
