I’ve officially ended my 2nd Project 365 on October 31st, and have taken a break from taking photos for a while. Going from one 365 straight to the next was a recipe for burn out and that’s what happened to me. I did complete an amazing video workshop, which I’ll blog about later. But when the 10th rolled around, a friend of mine in our blog circle reminded us, and I had to do it. Unfortunately, (or maybe fortunately), I took too many photos. It was a dreary depressing rainy day, brightened by a visit with a good friend and her baby girl. Since we’re expecting a baby girl in December, I wanted to see how my daughter would interact with a little baby. And my friend, a fellow hobbyist photographer, has amazing windows in her house, and awesome light. So at least I had a few decent pictures with natural light. But for the rest of the evening, it was dark dark dark! Which gave me a great reason to break out the flash. Most of my favorite photos are of bath time, the flash made a world of difference!
I hope she always loves to read!
Doing her hair is always a struggler, but when you sit her in front of the tv, it’s not as bad.
My friend and her beautiful baby girl.
So sweet!
When Ariya gets sick of my camera, I turn to my dogs. Here’s Charlie!
Dinner time!
That hair!
And the bath time series that I just had to include.
And good night! Playing with an easter egg, of course.
