I gave up blogging a year ago half way through my first project 365. I didn’t give up doing the project 365. It just became too much posting in multiple places. BUT, I don’t want to give up on blogging, and I don’t want to give up on photography. For anyone that is interested in my photographic journey, you can check me out on Facebook here. I’m also on flickr, but I don’t publish as much there. But in case you’re interested, you can check me out over here as well. I’ve also recently gotten into creating more than just snapshots with mobile photography and my Samsung 4s (with the help of a few apps), so you can find me on instagram here. Now, the reason for this blog post. I’ve recently joined up with a fabulous group of ladies that share a love of the lensbaby lenses. Now, I’ve loved lensbaby for a while now, but have yet to master the lenses. There are a variety of optics and creative discs, macro converters, etc. I have the Composer pro with sweet 35, sweet 50 and edge80 optics, along with the fish eye lens and macro converters. I’ve become a little obsessed. I blame it on my enabling photographer friends. I see their AMAZING photos, and I think I can do the same. Nope, not that simple. Everyone’s journey is unique, and I’m realizing that mine is no different. How ironic is that? So, for my first post as part of this blog circle, I thought I’d review the lensbaby photos that I’ve taken from 2014 up until now. A reflection, if you will. A look back at my journey thus far. Hope you enjoy the ride.
Please follow the circle and check out my dear friend Pauline at OakTree Shutterbug. She is a master at lensbaby and her photos are awe inspiring. You can see her blog post here.
